All-Inclusive Suite Details:

- 10x6 quiet and private bedroom.
- Raised toddler-size bed or you can bring your own.
- 5 potty breaks each day.
- Meals served as requested (the only requirement we have is to bring food for your pup(s) stay)
- Constant fresh water.
- 32 inch TV tuned to DogTV (channel created for dogs).
- Webcam with 2-way communication to check in on your dog any time and say "hi".

 Want to treat you pup like Royalty? 

- 15 minute 1-on-1 play outside of their room with a staff member ($10) 
- We also offer room service!(additional fee)  Items include: chicken breast, frozen Kong treat, 100% pure pumpkin, CBD dog biscuits (helps with anxiety) and scrambled egg! 


*Add Daycare with any overnight stay - Full Day $13 / Half Day $9 (Daycare is an add-on to boarding.  If you want your dog to do daycare and play with other dogs during boarding, You MUST request Daycare add-on for your Hotel stay)
*Multiple dogs in one suite is only 1/2 price for the 2nd or 3rd dog per night!

**NEW** We do not offer Daycare on Sunday's, however, if your dog has attended our daycare and is boarding with us, they will get a free 2-3 hour play session on Sunday's with other dogs that do daycare that are boarding!

(Although we will be closed on Holidays above, there will be someone here every day of the year to care for dogs staying overnight at our hotel)


Rooms are cleaned daily and tidied as often as necessary to assure our guests comfort and cleanliness. Providing a well maintained environment makes your dog’s stay with us comfortable and fun. 

Strict sanitation and housekeeping procedures including fresh bedding and pre-screening of all pets for shots and general health ensures a clean and healthy environment.

We have also gone the extra mile to install a fresh air exchange HVAC system to constantly re-circulate the air within our facility to keep away smells and the spreading of any germs etc. 

You MUST bring food for your pup(s) stay 

To avoid any damage fees, if you are concerned with your dog(s) chewing on bed, mattress, sheets or any other items in our bedroom suites, please let us know when you check-in as we will remove the traditional toddler bed (with mattress) or any other item you have concerns about and replace with a raised cot that is more durable. 

In the unlikely case of an emergency we will utilize your Vet for day time concerns and Purdue University’s Emergency Service for after hour needs.  We also have constant video monitoring.


 

Normal Boarding Cancellation Policy:
Customer acknowledges that Pooch Palace has a 48 hour-CANCELLATION POLICY for reservations made for a hotel stay during non-holiday period.

**All weekend Boarding reservations require a 48 hour cancelation policy.  If you do not cancel before the 48 hour time window, you will be charged a one night fee of $65 (provided we cannot refill the room and/or are not full in boarding.  Weekends are almost always full, so, please ensure you cancel prior to the 48 hours to avoid the fee.  Thank you for your understanding**

Holiday Boarding Cancellation Policy:
We require pre-payment for ANY Holiday Boarding reservation.  Customer acknowledges that Pooch Palace has a two week-CANCELLATION POLICY for reservations made for a hotel stay during any holiday period, which is defined as the following periods in each applicable calendar year:
1. The period beginning December 18 through and including January 8.
2. The period beginning the Sunday before Thanksgiving through and including the Monday following Thanksgiving;
3. The period beginning July 1 through and including on July 8;
4. The period beginning the Thursday immediately before Memorial Day through and including the first Tuesday following Memorial Day;
5. The period beginning the Thursday immediately before Labor Day through and including the first Tuesday following Labor Day;
6. The period beginning the Thursday immediately before Easter Sunday through and including the first Monday following Easter Sunday; and
7. Any weeks during the Spring Break school holiday.

All Holiday reservation must be cancelled two weeks prior to stay for a refund. If cancellation is less than two weeks prior to stay, Customer shall be required to pay and shall be charged the full cost of the cancelled boarding reservation.
